Kaos Rewards Tiers As a valued customer of Kaos Offroad, you are automatically enrolled in our Kaos Rewards program. Once you reach one of the minimum spending levels below, Kaos Rewards will be credited to your account with each additional qualifying purchase. Your yearly spending is tracked on a rolling 12-month basis.

You have the flexibility to spend any amount of your Kaos Rewards balance, down to the very cent.

Kaos Rewards Earnings and Usage (Online Only) Earn Kaos Rewards when your annual purchases at Kaos Offroad exceed $250 in qualifying products and services per year—online only. The percentage of Kaos Rewards you earn depends on your spending tier, determined by your purchases in the last 12 months.

Expiration Your Kaos Rewards balance expires one year from the date of the last Kaos Rewards credited to your account. For instance, if your last reward-earning purchase was on July 1st, then your total Kaos Rewards balance will expire by July 1st of the following year. This expiration date updates with each eligible purchase.

Returns Items returned do not contribute towards earning Kaos Rewards. If you return an item that earned Kaos Rewards, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your account. This may result in a negative Kaos Rewards balance if the rewards are used before the return. The balance will return to positive as you earn more Kaos Rewards. Additionally, returns might cause a drop to a lower rewards tier until your annual spend re-qualifies you for a higher tier.
