Rough Country's Hydraulic Hood Assist for Jeep JL/JT features a set of gas-charged struts that help automatically raise the hood, increasing safety by avoiding the need to mess with the prop rod or rest the hood on the front windshield. This innovative kit features mounting brackets that rest firmly on the fender, helping to facilitate the opening and closing process while giving a killer look to an otherwise barren area.
Installation. Requiring minor drilling to install an estimated timeframe of 30-45 minutes this full kit can be installed at home using standard tools and can be completed efficiently and quickly!
