Built for Extreme SPL Abuse
To survive extreme output, the Orion HCCA 15 Inch SPL Subwoofer uses a moisture- and UV-resistant paper cone . Moreover, it features a reinforced NBR foam surround that supports massive cone movement. Together, these components help maintain control during violent excursion.
At its core, the subwoofer uses a huge 4-inch high-temperature voice coil . As a result, it handles intense power and heat during competition runs. In addition, a 690 oz triple-stack ceramic magnet motor structure delivers enormous motor force. This design maximizes efficiency and output at extreme power levels.
