Suspension That Raises Your Game
Your Polaris RZR XP Turbo is designed for fun on the trail, but nothing ruins your day faster than catching your stock A-arms on rocks and stumps. Upgrade to SuperATV’s High-Clearance A-Arms and get the ground clearance you need to ride hard without wrecking. The bend design lets you clear obstacles that you would otherwise smash into. They’re made with 1.25” diameter tubing that’s 25% larger than OEM. Plus, the optional adjustable pivot blocks let you set your camber perfectly if you get a lift or add weight.
Ground Clearance That Makes a Difference
Our dual-bend design raises the profile of these A-arms to give you 1.5” of extra ground clearance without a lift. That gets you through rougher trails and helps maintain higher speeds without damaging your suspension. Put the pedal down—extra ground clearance will keep you moving forward.
Made Stronger
We don’t cut corners on our suspension. We make our control arms with 1.25” diameter tubing. At 25% larger than stock, they can take heavy hits without failing. Our RZR XP Turbo A-arms are finished with a UV-resistant powder coating for style and durability. Plus, they include our ultra-durable UHMW bushings. UHMW bushings are self-lubricating and get smoother the longer you ride. They’re also virtually frictionless and nearly indestructible, so they save you time, money, and hassle. Altogether, you get unparalleled strength that makes your RZR Turbo look awesome.
We wouldn't say all this if we didn't believe it. We back our A-arms with a lifetime warranty. You’ll have time to put them to the test again and again.
Optional Preadjusted Pivot Blocks
Choose adjustable pivot blocks to get full control of your camber. Our RZR Turbo A-arms come preadjusted to factory specs right out of the box so you can install and go. So if you add weight from accessories or get a small lift, you can adjust your camber to get a better ride and reduce premature tire wear. Don’t want to mess with pivot blocks? Just choose non-adjustable pivot blocks and keep things simple.
Let SuperATV Do the Work - Preassembly Available!
Want to spend more time on the trails and less time in the garage? Purchase a set of SuperATV ball joints with your A-arms and we’ll install them for you for free! We save you money and time so you can get back to doing what you love.
NOTE: You must re-use your stock ball joints if you don’t select a pre-installed ball joint at checkout.
Standard Duty Ball Joints
SuperATV’s standard replacement ball joints give you OEM quality without the OEM price! They’re made with hardened chromoly steel studs and housings—all zinc plated—for superior strength and longevity. All of this delivers a ball joint that’s as strong as or stronger than stock.
Heavy-Duty Ball Joints
Our heavy-duty ball joints are designed with ultimate performance and convenience in mind. Whether you’re doing flips or chasing hills, our proprietary blend of hardened 4340 VAR steel and zinc plating means this ball joint can take it. Our heavy-duty ball joints also come with easily-accessible grease zerks and an adjustable design. Extensive lab and field testing shows that our heavy duty ball joints can withstand double the pressure of an OEM ball joint!
Super Duty 300M Ball Joints
We took the strongest ball joint material on the market—300M grade steel—and combined it with our superior design engineering to make the strongest ball joint on the market. It comes with an easily-accessible grease zerk and an adjustable steel-on-steel design, making it easy to keep your ball joints maintained and flexible. At 2.25x stronger than stock, you won’t find a better ball joint.
Keller Ball Joints
Keller Ball Joints use a two-piece design that eliminates the need for a snap ring. They thread onto your A-arms like a nut and bolt, which makes these ball joints virtually impossible to pull out. The high-quality chromoly steel stud combined with an advanced tool-steel body makes them perfect for bigger machines, bigger tires, and bigger rides. And since they’re greaseable and rebuildable, you can keep them running perfectly.
